Bookings Policy Consultations are always Free of charge. If you decide at the time of your consultation that you would like to go ahead with treatment then there will be time to carry out a small test patch to help determine suitability and settings for your treatment. There will be a £20 charge for the test patch. First treatments are usually then booked for 1 week+ later, however this may vary depending on treatment type. Payment will be required in full 1 week before your treatment session to secure your appointment. Cancellations or Moving appointments: If, for what ever reason, you need to move or cancel your appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. This will allow enough time for us to fill your appointment space. There is no charge to move an appointment if 49 hours+ notice has been given. Cancellations made within the 48 hour period will incur a £20 cancellation fee which will be required to be paid on your new appointment time. In the circumstance that you do not show up for a pre-paid appointment and you have not contacted us to rearrange, your pre-paid deposit will be forfeit and a new treatment payment will be required in full at the time of booking.
